​Personal Journey

My path to Over the Stile was shaped by personal encounter with loss and an enriching career in education. It's a journey that deepened my commitment to helping others embrace what the poet Mary Oliver calls "this one wild and precious life". My signature Life Beading process emerged from this dedication - a simple yet profound way to capture and carry the insights discovered along the way.

Inspired by the Countryside 

Shropshire's beautiful landscapes serve as both my home and inspiration.  You might find me driving my quirky Citroen 2CV, always on the lookout for the countryside stiles that inspired my business name. Like these small gates, coaching can open a passage from where you stand now to the live you want to live.
